FARO launches Freestyle 3D handheld 3D laser scanner

FARO launched FARO Scanner Freestyle3D - simple operation of innovative handheld 3 d laser Scanner, in order to satisfy the demands of growing portable Scanner.

(NASDAQ: FARO), the world's most trusted provider of 3D measurement, imaging and realization Technologies, has launched FARO Scanner Freestyle3D, a simple, Freestyle3D measurement device for use in construction, engineering and construction, law enforcement and other industries.

Freestyle3D comes with a Microsoft Surface™ tablet that provides unprecedented real-time visualization by allowing users to view captured point clouds.Freestyle3D has a range of three (3) meters and can capture up to 88,000 points per second with an accuracy of more than 1.5 mm.In addition, its patent-pending self-compensating optical system allows users to start scanning immediately without preheating.
